Recently completed a 6500km trip through Namibia in my new G300 Professional.
Heavy rains throughout Namibia recently, meant many washaways and some closed areas, particularly in Etosha, where the Pan looks like an inland sea.
Came scross a large tourist bus stuck in a fast flowing river near Twyfelfontein which took two Unimogs to pull it out!
Our convoy on the way north from Henties heading toward Uis. Will post more pics later.

I have also been to Kalahari and Ai Ais last week and it is very wet and green and Beautiful!!

Hi 190e - we hired two way radios to keep in contact with each other hence the magnetic antenna which just sticks to the roof and is easily removeable afterwards. The (handheld) radios worked pretty well within a line of site of about 10km (flat terrain), but in hilly terrain were not so good!

Small world! I saw your group (Himler?) at the Fish River Canyon and again at reception at Sesriem where I drove past your parked G. There was only a lady occupant at the time. I will post an update on my report when I get back to CT. we are currently at Twee Rivieren in the Kgalagadi. Tok a detour via here because the pint at Rosh Pinah was still out of commission.

Thats awesome! I think I was in the shop at Sesriem when you drove past - my wife was in the car and said she saw another G going past!
