Can someone help me please. I am looking for four petrol Unimog tyres & rims for a new exiting project. I think they are 10.50 X 20.

I am also looking for Rims as well. The tyre dont need to be new as I will only be exprementing on the vehicle.

Rims is a bit scarce. Have you bought a 404?

12.50 x 20 was also an option on the 404. I think they are more freely available.

Hi Andre,
My 416 unimog has 12.5 tyres on. The problem with them is that they are to big for my new project and to wide. The ideal size would actually be a 900x20 tyre and rims, but you dont get a 900x20 rim of any kind.
The vehicle that I am working on is a Tata 407 2 ton truck. I am turning it into an overland camper truck.
I already took the cab off and raised the front suspension by 200mm so that it corresponds with the rear suspension.
My 416 is standing in the garage next to the Tata, then I thought that the center and holes of the axels are the same. I took my spare and got a perfect fit.
I just dont want the tyres to be too big.
The vehicle will operate in Northern Mozambique on sandy roads, therefore I need to have single tyres at the back.
Once it starts to look like something I will post some pic's.

Sounds like a great project. There was a guy in Natal that wanted to sell his Mog either complete or as spares. I had it checked out but he wasn`t the owner. I will try to contact the real owner. The other guy actually wanted R8000 for the lot.

Yes. And there is another one in Port Edward for R15000. A bit too much. I just thought of something. I have bought some spares in Ponta Da Ouro a year ago. There was some Unimog 404 rims lying around.
