The latest pricing relased for the SA Market. Seems that the engine is a Euro 5.

The G-Wagen rear bench (W460/1) is not that comfortable in any case (I'm 1.94m tall ), and it is HEAVY. If you really need more seats I suggest you put another row/2 in at the back. That way you have a "real" 6 seater.

-G300CDI: service plan only?!!!!!
-G350CDI and G55: mobilodrive 120.

G300CDI R800k, CDI engine and no maintenance plan does not make sense!

MobiloDrive 120 standerd on all MB passenger cars- except G300CDI?

This thing costs R820k with a tow bar and radio and 4 seats with iron wheels.

And Euro 5 for Zambia.

But I tell you again - I talk like this as if I could buy one!

I could not give a cent for Maintenance Plan it's just a money making! What I like is the standard guarantee and that's it.
At MB I would not trust the mechanics on a G-Wagen!
What pisses me off is that there are no leather seats option, no snorkel, no Euro4 engine (as I was told it would be) no Air-Con, but ..... a butt-heater for the front passengers ........ what do they think, are we going to face a new Ice-Age?

Fortunately there is! see: "H02 Manual air conditioning". I assume it is not climate control.

In my opinion the MB-TEX fake leather is better than real leather for a 4x4. All the SA spec W461 had that. I assume "U40 Leatherette seat cover" means MB-TEX??
