A reminder to all Unimog owner (members and non-members of Unimog Freunde)

The Bi-monthly Unimog Freunde Club gathering at the Club House at MBSA in Pretoria

When: Saturday 11 February 2012
Time: 12h00 to 19h00

Bring own eats and drinks and please do not forget your Unimog.

The next big event will be on the weekend of 16, 17 and 18 March.

This is the 1 year celebration of the Club and will be attended by the press (SA4x4, Leisure Wheels and Media24)

Venue: De Wildt 4x4 near Brits and Hartbeespoort dam (http://dewildt4x4.co.za/)

Tented camp with 10 static tents with two deds each, 4 Chalets (wooden Cabins with 3 beds each) a two bedroom chalet with two double beds, a three bedroomed house with 10 beds, and for those who wants to camp there will be ample place to pitch a tent or live out of your Mog.

And for the core mog gathering a nprivate swimming pool, open and closed lapa, ablution, nice big lawn, enough place to braai and it is secure - we will not be targeted as was the case last year.

W plan to sleep over Friday and Saturday night with two trips on Saturday - a 4x4 venture with some interesting challanges and a sundowner on top of the mountain (if access for the latter can be organised)

We are awaiting final costing and will post it. Booking and payment will be for your own account and effort.

For those that wants to join just for Saturady and the evening gathering, but not sleep over, you are very very welcome to join us but will have to be there at about 07h00 Saterday morning.

And for those who would like a little more luxury, there are guest houses around.

Start organising and get the mog's filters changed.

Here with the details for all the cost. We would like to get all in at the Camp side. You are also more than welcome to camp in the Unimog if you like ? !
The cost for that is the same as camping in a caravan .

Wie is in beheer van die reelings? Maak ons weer soos laas keer of is elkeen op sy eie aangewese?

Sien uit daarna om almal weer te sien. Ons het besluit hierdie jaar gaan ons meer rondry , so as daar ander klub outings is, is ons daar.

Hi everyone

For thgse who are trying to book the de Wildt site through the Internet a word of advise.

I tried to book through the internet. After one week I had no reply and phoned de wildt and was told that there is a problem with booking through the web site and I should book direct with them which I did and recieved my confirmation within one day.

Does anyone ( Treasurer) have the Club bank details. I prefer to pay through the internet.
