Hi all.
Could anyone tell me what the purpose is of the two vacuum valves on the firewall? Can anyone supply me with the correct pipe connection diagram for the vacuum pipes on these valves, as ours are disconnected.
Thanks.

could it not be part the diff locker system like the 463's?
Peter
Hi freek
Werk jou ratkas se 2b (off-road first gear locked) funksie. Hierdie valves beheer nie dalk hierdie funksie nie?
Dankie.

My best guess was that it was supposed to control the diff locks on the 463 - however i do remember that one valve was called an "economizer" on the EPC.
Waldi, my gearbox lock in all the gears- i can manually select a lower gear from 3 to 1 (B) and it will not automatically switch up to the next higher gear . As far as i understand these gearboxes have little electrical or pneumatic control other than the vacuum to the vacuum modulator on the or electrical switches for the kickback (i believe the same switch or control is used for locking the box in a gear but i could be mistaken). Attached some info about the vacuum to the gearbox
