I am redoing the "posh" job done by a panel shop on the 411 cab.
They did not fix cracks in the body, straightened no bends from old acidents and then rubberised the inside and undertside of the cab without proper prepping.
Put a final coat of paint ove reverything without propper prep on this as well.
Check out the rust uncovered under the rubber and body paint...
James (my garden guy) and I have spend 5 full days getting rid of the rubber and are now at a point where we can sand down to bare metal and start working on metal repairs.
(I found some serious automotive paint stripper at Intercity in Pretoria - used 10 liters so far...)
Final paint expected ro go on around mid January. It is Mossgrun RAL 1063 and is on the Mog color list.
