Don't no if there is any 500GE's (93-98?) in the country. There was a batch of G500's that came in 2000-2001 and sold for 600k new then. Apparently around 40 sold if so many. They still go for 500k-600k second hand, but you will probably find one for sale every 5-10 years.

Maybe one will have better luck in Namibia.

Do you know of any that sold recently? I have seen 1 or 2 with CL registrations driving about recently but not for sale.

Not that I know of. The one guy has 2 G500's, think he bought it about 2-3 years ago.
Dietmar Frey has one, not sure when he bought his.

One can get someone in the UK to buy it, live with it for 2 years and then emigrate with it to SA. Its one option.
