Lets wait until it if finished. The design might not suit the G. The G’s grill has evolved from fine to coarse with every new model. The new AMG has a even coarser grill.
If successful, I suggest we use the Whisper Boat Building Academy for producing the grill in small quantities. They have the time and can do with some extra funding.

No, I have not been able to get hold of a set of wheel arches to copy.
The rubber alternative fro LA-Sport seems to be a excellent alternative.

I have the Fiberglass arches on my 460. I am based in Johannesburg and am happy for you to use them to make a mould if they are suitable.

Willem, how does the glill look with the black light surrounds? It may bring out the grill visually? Just curious aesthetically?
